CDL-A DRIVER RECRUITER
Rogue Carrier is growing, and we are looking for an experienced CDL-A Driver Recruiter to join our team.

- Chicago Ridge, IL
- Hours
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard qualified CDL-A drivers
- Source drivers through different recruiting channels
- Communicate with drivers and guide them through the hiring process
- Follow up with drivers and maintain relationships
- Work closely with operations and safety teams
Requirements
- Previous CDL driver recruiting experience
- Knowledge of the trucking industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with goals and deadlines
- Organized and detail-oriented
